The world's largest international semiconductor exhibition, SEMICON JAPAN, successfully concluded on December 15th at Tokyo Big Sight. With record-breaking exhibitor numbers and attendance, over a thousand leading international semiconductor exhibitors and more than 60,000 professional visitors gathered to celebrate this grand event.
This year's exhibition, themed “Accelerating the Future, Shaping the Next Era,” focused on popular semiconductor topics, including AI, quantum computing, and advanced semiconductor manufacturing. Supermag® SCM Maglev Wafer Rotation System
The fully independently developed Supermag®SCM Maglev Wafer Rotation System can be applied in processes such as oxidation, diffusion and annealing, rapid thermal processing (RTP), rapid thermal annealing (RTA), single wafer cleaning, MOCVD, etching, spin coating, and other high-end chip manufacturing processes. Magnetic levitation support ensures no friction, no dynamic seals, and no particle generation. The hollow rotor facilitates layout, making it the optimal solution for rotational motion in high cleanliness environments.
Supermag® SCP Maglev Pump System
The fully independently developed Supermag® SCP Maglev Pump System is applied in semiconductor production processes such as wet processing cleaning, CMP, and electroplating. It uses advanced full magnetic levitation technology, eliminating mechanical friction and particle generation while maintaining low shear and low precipitation. Intelligent control allows real-time speed adjustment, ensuring stable flow and head, making it the best solution for high-purity fluid transport in high-end chip manufacturing processes.
Supermag® MSS Maglev Stirring System
The fully independently developed Supermag® MSS Maglev Stirring System works with levitated blades in the liquid, completely avoiding mechanical friction and foreign object generation. It almost entirely eliminates shear force, ensuring clean and gentle mixing of multiphase media. Intelligent control allows precise manipulation of blade movement, supporting both forward and reverse rotation. It is stable and reliable, with no dead zones in the flow field around the rotor, making it applicable in high-end biopharmaceutical mixing processes.
